Down the hallway you'll find a nice-sized bedroom, full bathroom, and a very spacious master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and gas fireplace.

The 2nd floor features a loft with a sitting area perfect for reading. This is the BEST SPOT in the house, as it has a huge picture window with panoramic views of the Delaware Bay. Right off the loft is another bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds.

This house is a summer rental and ONLY available for SHORT-TERM/WINTER rently (Oct to April). Renters must be out end of April. ALL utilities will remain in owners name and be a direct pass through to renters for payment.
