Unique 1930’s schoolhouse with lots of natural light and stunning character that speaks for itself. This home was last remodeled in 1996 into an open concept home. The exterior siding is made up of roughshod cedar. The detached garage/shop was built approximately 10 years ago, it comes equipped with 2 electric garage doors as well as lighting throughout. The half bathroom comes equipped with a toilet and sink as well as washer and dryer hookups. The living room is spacious with plenty of natural light and unique vaulted ceilings, leading directly into a hallway where you will find cabinets for linen storage, one full bathroom which also has access to a spacious bedroom with a walk in closet, natural and can lights as well as a ceiling fan/light combo, on the other side of the hallway there is another large bedroom with the same features and a private bathroom which has a whirlpool jet bathtub as well as a walk-in shower with seating and plenty of cabinet space. The upstairs loft comes with a custom twin sized bed built into the wall and a custom cabinet/closet with access to the attic. The dining room is seated between the kitchen and living room with glass French doors that lead to the deck. In the kitchen you will find custom cabinetry as well as a handcrafted bar and a porcelain sink seated under two windows that view the deck and yard. Many of the cabinets come equipped with drawers for ease of access, others have glass for showcasing your dining wear or china. Off the kitchen you can see the main living room or family room, from there you are able to transition into this open space, there is a small area that may be used as a formal dining area off the the side as well as access to the half bath+laundry room. In the entry way of the house there is a large closet or pantry as well as a coat closet and access to the basement which used to be a gym. This unique unfinished basement is roughly 1,800 sq ft and has plenty of space for added bedrooms and access to stairs which lead outside. In the basement you will also find a stage which is part of the original school house, on both side of the stage there is room for storage, built in cabinets on the west and built in shelves on the east.
