"Great area for walking dogs. Public park is just around the corner. Main Street is totally rehabbed and very walkable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Lots of public involvement. "

"Small community but it is tight knit and very safe. There are plenty of small to medium sized parks nearby to take the little ones for either a swim in a creek, an easy hike, or just to play on the playground. Cute boutiques and great restaurants line Main Street and there are drug stores like CVS where you can get the basics without having to drive to Calera or Alabaster. "
