"Oak St. has easy access to highways on either end of street, also very close to Shopping, Restaurants, and Hospitals. Kids played in yard all the time. Speed limit was just dropped from 25 mph to 20 mph. It is a very quiet street. It looks busier than it actually is. Great place to raise a family."
  • Jasmine Cordero
"Ive lived in this neighborhood since 2007 and i have never had any issues with anyone around here except for the on coming traffic this street is unforgiving if you’re not careful. The majority of people drive way to fast and they never stop to let anyone cross unless they have a red light so if it’s yellow be careful because the majority are going to speed up even faster to try to get passed the light before it turns red so if you have little ones i would definitely be very careful with children on Pelham Street in Methuen for sure otherwise no issues with the area "
  • Trulia User
