They make it their personal mission to reach out to every individual student to make an impact in the students lives. Parental involvement is key because it is expected and not taken lightly. If you are moving to Port O'Connor with elementary aged children, you are in for a treat! Join the Parent Teacher Organization. Torres is more concerned with covering up the truth about the bullying situations going on at the school than he is about protecting the students. No child should have to be afraid to attend school. It is the job of the administrators and teachers to see that the students receive a good education in a safe environment. Torres has not even come close to addressing this situation, much less correcting it, in the few years he has been principal. He has no follow through with discipline concerning the students. He also does not provide the structure that is needed to turn this school around before it is known as another slum school.Parent Review9y ago
