Five minutes to Zupan's market in Lake Oswego and 10 min. to the restaurants on the Lake. Ten min. to Bridgeport Village. Perfect as a short-term executive or family rental or if you are thinking about moving to Portland and would like to try it out. This home is offered fully furnished. Looking for people who will respect the home and neighbors. Please note that it is a 4-bedroom home, but I will be storing things in my office, and so only 3 bedrooms are available.

Utilities included: internet, electricity, gas, garbage, and water. Single family only (no multiple families, multiple singles, etc.). Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Must respect the neighbors and so no parties and must request the quietness of the neighborhood.

Park HOA have access to the Clubhouse for free included In your HOA fees. The clubhouse has a full-size basketball court, a swimming pool indoor with slide, life guards always on duty, weight room and plenty of workout and aerobics classes. "
