Perfect as a short-term executive or family rental or if you are thinking about moving to Portland and would like to try it out. This home is offered fully furnished. Looking for people who will respect the home and neighbors. Please note that it is a 4-bedroom home, but I will be storing things in my office, and so only 3 bedrooms are available.

Utilities included: internet, electricity, gas, garbage, and water. Single family only (no multiple families, multiple singles, etc.). Absolutely no smoking or drugs. Must respect the neighbors and so no parties and must request the quietness of the neighborhood.
