"Its mostly city so make sure you bring bags to clean up poop because someone will say something and watch out for other dogs because some owners arent very responsible "

"a nice trail is in the neighborhood. I don't own dogs but I like walking there. there's also a little league park that would be good to take dogs. one downside is that there is not a sidewalk on the side of the street where I live"

"So far the area has been nothing but good and quiet. Every neighborhood has it's good and bad but this side has been pretty good. I had to call the cops on myself cause I didn't want to turn my own music down."

"it's a great neighborhood right near the elementary school, which is fantastic!! The roads are mostly quiet and lots of people are always out walking, running, waking their dogs, ect. it's a great place to live!"

"There was a stabbing here recently and also lots of heroin needles on the ground. Seems like a nice area but definitely is not super safe for kids or anyone honestly. "

"Lots of broken glass and Herron needles on the sidewalks. I think the area needs a little bit of TLC. The is a farmers market in the neighborhood. There is also lots of restaurants nearby."
