This Queen Ann style home will prove to be a rewarding project. The exterior graces front and side gables featuring a projecting angled bay with a half story overhang. All of its decorative trim is still in place. The interior has not been touched, original trim, floors, every door has its original lockset, with a dining room and kitchen built in. The stairway is an Arts and Crafts design and amazingly preserved . The basement is the size of the entire house, an unusual feature for such a home, with stone walls and dirt floor. This major restoration warrants an application to the Department of Historic Resource for possible Historic Tax credits.
