This all wooded 40 acre hunting and recreation property could be all yours. Located in western St. Francois County, this property is part of the historic Lake Avalon farm. The property borders farm fields to the north, and other wooded property on the east, west and south. Access is had by a legal easement through Indian Creek Road (a former county road which has since been closed to public traffic). There is an easement road which runs along the northern edge of this property. Additionally, there is a former log road which runs through the property. Getting into the property requires a creek crossing, but there is a solid gravel bottom and the creek is shallow at the crossing.

Which is suppose to be one of the best in the state, we had to move to Bismarck and I was concerned about how well they would do. Not only did they get caught up in a third of the time it took Fox to try and catch them up but they are a lot more excepting to religious beliefs and even do bible study on Tuesday's. Don't get me wrong Fox is an excellent school but this one better meets our need a and the principle and teachers are so very much involved with all their students.Parent Review11y ago
