Utilities included are trash, electricity from the solar panels (anything over what the panels produce is your responsibility...they typically produce ~$45 of electricity/month). The beach is 2 doors away after all and there is a constant stream of people watching from the parking lot on A1A. 9-12 month lease.
There are views of the Atlantic Ocean from the bedroom, living room, and front deck. Enjoy the sweet salt breezes from the deck, eat breakfast on the patio, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Put a chiminea on the front deck for autumn fires looking over the ocean. Spend your mornings surfing the 10th Street break and your evenings watching people walk to/from the beach from the deck. Most pets OK with deposit. I work in West Palm Beach and have been getting this property ready for weekly vacation rentals / staying there 2 days per month. It seems like there are people that need a place to stay with the hurricane or just winter vacation - so I am putting this guy up for monthly (at 1/2 price of the weekly would be). Cable/Wifi and water/sewer are split between the 2 units at the fixed price of $50 and $25 per month. Short term and/or furnished lease available with for a bit more per month
Basically, move in, WRITE 1 CHECK A MONTH...and start enjoying the Beach lifestyle at it's BEST!!
In the heart of St. Augustine Beach. Walk to restaurants, bars, the pier. Watch NYE fireworks from your own deck. Walk to the beach in your front yard and wash off in the outdoor shower on your way back up to your place. I used to live there...can you tell:)
Pets are OK with a $300 pet fee (as long as you don't have like 20 cats). First/last/security due upon move-in.

You are welcome to do the obligatory "drive-by"...don't let the fact that it's 2 houses from the beach fool you, great ocean views from the living room, bedroom, and front deck. There's also a private back yard.

There is no cost for the application. First deposit takes it:)
