      "No public transportation and limited shopping. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Only a few children in the neighborhood, most are elderly. "

      "I have lived here eight months. I thought it was only a senior or handicapped apartment area but that does not hold true. It is difficult having to live with apartment inspections and keep you apartment as plain as they want it. All is quiet here except for one project house on the other side of the street."
