"This is a a very kid friend safe area to raise childs. dead-end road with wide open space for kids and pets. Close to town with paved roads. Crystal lake, Alma College & Ithaca schools all within 10 minutes. Very large 30 x 40 attached 3 car garage located in the great school district of Ithaca the 3 years football state champions with town involvement & community events year round. "
