    "I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years and it’s pretty quiet and clean. Only thing that really annoys me would be the traffic in front of my complex between 3pm and 5pm especially during the school year. "

There’s a busy main street but people are pretty cognizant of how fast to drive and watch out for pedestrians. I would never suggest kids being outside alone for any neighborhood without some level of supervision. "
