Small breed dogs (30 lbs) and cats only. Maximum of 2 pets.
What is the application process?
Once you have submitted an application and paid the application fee, the following will be checked:
Background Check
Landlord References - current and past
Employment Reference - Income verified
Personal References
Property Manager will submit a recommendation to Landlord for final approval.
If application is approved, a security deposit of $1000.00 must be paid within 2 business days.
