The kitchen has plenty of storage space with a laundry room large enough for a side by side washer and dryer set. The living room is big enough for everyone in the family to have a place to sit. It has recently been painted grey and purple.

The master bedroom, which has recently been painted grey, has a large walk in bathroom with a substantial size garden tub and his/her sinks. It also has a large walk-in closet big enough for two people.

All appliances have been updated and are one year old. The roof has been replaced and is three years old. The AC system was replaced two years ago.

There is a large bricked area great for a BBQ grill. There is a flower bed and rose bushes that bloom beautifully. The storage shed in the back of property comes with the home.

Location! Location! Location! The home is located in impeccable part of Arlington. On the corner of sublett and Bowen. It is minutes away from the mall, restaurants, multiple parks, an aquatic center and churches.
