Landscaping maintenance is covered and included by the HOA, any personal pots or plants on deck must have drip pans under them, be okay per HOA and owner, and not cause any damage to home whether outside or inside.

Clean washing machine monthly: Follow Eco-Gals washing machine cleaner tablet instructions - tablets provided by owner.
Clean dishwasher monthly: Follow Eco-Gals dishwasher cleaner tablet instructions - tablets provided by owner.
Clean garbage disposal monthly: Follow Eco-Gals garbage disposal cleaner tablet instructions - tablets provided by owner.
Clean master bath shower drain: remove drain cover and empty hair/debris filter, clean drain cover and re-install.
Notify property management of termites: monitor patio for signs of termites - discarded wings or wood pellets.

We are happy to supply a sample lease agreement to you ahead of time, just ask. Please note your final lease agreement may include additional disclosures and/or addenda as needed and with regards to the home and property. But the lease in and of itself will be much like the one we will later supply to you to review ahead of signing. Thank you!

    "what I love the most about this neighborhood is we over look the Marine Base, and because that you get a lot of wild life, the sound of the frogs in the spring is deafening yet charming, also I am 1 mile from my barn where I board my horse. It feels like we live in the country instead of the suburbs. I live in the eastern portion of Oceanside, and this area is horse country, mainly Thoroughbreds. The San Luis Rey Training center for race horses is about 5 miles from my house. It is a quiet and very safe neighborhood."
