It’s quiet and green, with mature trees that give it a settled, established feel. For all that calm, you’re still just minutes from downtown Austin and the shops and restaurants at Mueller. Commuters will appreciate the easy access to major freeways — it’s one of those rare spots where you get peaceful streets without sacrificing convenience. I’ve lived here for 9 years."

"Food truck really close walkable distance to anything and everything. Friendly neighborhood. I’ve met half the people on my block. A lot of people walk their dogs. It’s a family friendly neighborhood. I see the neighbors walking with their children and their families are comfortable visiting them here in this neighborhood. I feel safe in this neighborhood. It’s a quiet neighborhood. There’s the capital Metro rail and it’s not loud. It’s Neighbourhood friendly. I recently had a tree farm in my yard and someone visiting a neighbor on my block, called the police department for me and notified me right away during the storm."
