Refrigerator (2015) and washer (2015) and dryer(2020) stay with the home. Dishwasher and microwave were upgraded in 2016 and range in 2020. Water heater was replaced in 2019 and AC and all new duct work was replaced in 2016. Better hurry this won't last long.
