We rent, like many around here, and all in all, it’s a nice place. I’ve strolled my baby and walked my dog at all hours, taken evening bike rides, etc. it’s an urban neighborhood so it comes with urban issues, but as they go, here, it’s very liveable. "

    "Trying to decipher whether the sound was fireworks or gunshots. The area is very pretty and the people are nice, the neighborhood is just not a place to raise a family. There have been way too many crimes in the 6 months that we lived here and we are moving because of it. "

I've heard of car break ins in the area, and as a young woman I don't like going outside by myself. Its a give and a take but I do love living here. the people are very nice. "
