You have access to the condo gym, outdoor and indoor pool, and outdoor and indoor parking garage on premises.

The other room is occupied by a couple. One is a resident (male) and the other is a graduate student at Yale (female). We are busy and have strange work hours so the house would be yours for most of the day. We have a new dog (puppy for now) so please be pet friendly! If you are willing to help out with the dog (dog walking, feeding) we can reduce the price down $100-200 monthly (negotiable). We are LGBTQ friendly.

"Close to downtown, but not a very educated population overall. Good for single people with a job downtown. Not for a family trying to raise kids. Also lots of city noises like emergency vehicles but that’s something you get use to. Also in some areas you hear the trains but that’s is also you can get use to. "
  • Trulia User
