Should pass for an FHA loan approval. Love this neighborhood, nice level yard. Central air conditioning. 3 bedrooms and eat in kitchen. Dining room flows nicely into the living room with a large picture window, hardwood floors under the carpeting. Furnace and roof are around 10 years old. Updated thermal pane windows. One car attached garage. Needs some updating but worth the effort in this nice neighborhood.
