Has been lead paint abated throughout the building. Vinyl windows. Gas stove as well as fridge provided by landlord.
Secluded back yard plus back porch. Anyone welcome to apply.

Need 24 hours notice to show as tenants are in residence until January 15th.

Owner pays for trash pick-up, cold water and sewer. Tenant pays for gas heat, gas hot water, electric and other amenities. A $30 per adult application fee is required. Well behaved pets welcome with no extra security deposit.
