Description

The house features 3 bed 2 bath within 1,403 sq ft. Step inside to the kitchen featuring granite counter tops, a pantry closet and newer appliances including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge. On your way to the master bedroom you'll pass two closets for additional storage. In the master bedroom, attached is a bathroom and walk in closet. In the garage you have a work bench with storage shelves and additional attic storage space. The laundry room provides cabinetry and a hanging rod above a counter top for the tenant to provide their front load washer and dryer to sit underneath.
Upon approval of an application we require 50% of the deposit put down to reserve the unit. We require a deposit of $1,950 and monthly rent at $1,950. Electricity, water, natural gas and trash is covered by the tenant while the landlord takes care of routine maintenance and mowing.

The lease is one year long. The tenant takes care of water, electricity, natural gas and trash. The landlord takes care of mowing and routine maintenance.
