I am shocked to see that Orourke has a low score. I went there when it opened many years ago and my son is in his last year there and has been there since 4k. The staff and teachers are incredible. They have a new principal who seems to be doing a good job so far. My son is part of the "Covid class" so I feel that the school excelled when having to deal with all of that. We are sad that this is our last year there and are grateful for all the love and support we have received from Orourke Elementary.

"Good mix of children and plenty of sidewalk for them to move about on. Lots of cul-de-sacs available to limit high traffic areas for them to play. "

"Rural but close to everything. Every house different. Quiet. Small community. Resident are long term. Beautiful trees. No HOA. Great schools. Pretty entrance. Large lots. Cul de sac. Little traffic. "

"We loved living in the area. The neighborhood has two playgrounds, and has sidewalks throughout. O'Rourke Elementary is an excellent school. A Super Walmart is new and at the corner of Dawes and Cottage Hill. You can travel along Dawes and avoid Schillinger Rd. All the shopping is accessible from Dawes - Super Target, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby and some great restaurants. "
