Custom built in 1983, Builders personal home 1,600 sq ft. The timber frame house features two bedrooms, two baths, a spacious living room/dining room, and a large loft suitable for office space or a third bedroom, two bathrooms (one with laundry, one with ceramic floors). Kitchen is open to the dining and living room, Slate, tile, and wooden floors, free-standing cast iron gas stove in living area, cathedral ceiling. Master bedroom with tile-floored bathroom on first floor. Finished basement includes bedroom with walk-out access. Painted cedar exterior, casement windows, roof replaced 2001. New water heater and water softener in 2008.

Guest House

Built in 1982, 900 sq ft living space. The guest house has two bedrooms, a living/dining room, kitchen area, and bathroom. The first floor is wheelchair accessible, with ramp access at both front and rear doors and a roll-in shower. Accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, 1 bedroom on main floor and 1 large bedroom on second floor. Kitchenette is open to the living/dining room. Finished cedar floor in living/dining room, carpet in bedrooms. Hot water heat through copper tubing, furnace new in 2008.
