"A lot of people don’t pick up their dogs droppings, which can be unsafe for other dogs to sniff and be around. "
  • Pamela Mclaurin
"The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Everyone is nice. There’s no trash on the ground. We didn’t have a lot of children in my neighborhood but when the kids come out they are safe and drivers to watch out for them. "
  • Victor Strong
"All nationalities are in this neighborhood . And the township does a good job helping us to keep it clean and safe for the residents. The administration does a good job."
  • Trulia User
"I don’t think there’s anything to dislike about this neighborhood as a dog owner. Dogs always seem welcomed "
  • Fsxshf7v55
"People do not pick up after their dogs. Watch where you step. They will let their dogs go to the bathroom right on your sidewalk and leave it."
  • Fsxshf7v55
"The neighborhood has potential. It’s close to transit and shopping. The homes are nice sized. The garages are too small for an auto to fit in and are mainly used for storage. People just don’t clean their properties as they should. There is often trash and debris along with animal feces from pet owners that don’t pick up. That reflects on the neighborhood negatively."
  • Demetrius Witherspoon
"The would like that it’s parks out here for dogs and they would t like some of the neighbors dogs because some are not friendly "

"My neighborhood is still in the city just right across the bridge from Marshall rd which separates west philly from upper darby same thing basically far as what you see but the cops sirens are definitely less and the violence are as well"
  • Raymond D.
"To many vagrants. And it’s like I’m at the United nation. Neighbors are not friendly at all. It’s right next to west Philly a bad bad part of Philadelphia. Mostly every homeowner the was here when I bought my house have moved out or are in the process of doing so. Maybe some day Upper Darby will be great again until that day it is a terrible place."
  • Jazzmine G.
"It’s great for travel, relaxation and commutes. School system and friendly neighbors. Very quiet and comforting environment "
  • Stidsmith
"Close to Philadelphia! Great little neighborhood to walk. Diverse neighborhood, which is great! Lots to do in Upper Darby. "
  • Yvonne S
"As far as I know there hasn't been any kind of events. There is hardly any parking due to cars that has been left on the street since 2015 and 2017. Trash isn't collected but once every other week. The driveway has tremendous huge holes and alot of trash. "
  • Kspeach24
"Every holiday a lot of my neighbors decorate their house. A lot of my neighbors participate in community. A lot of my neighbors also vote when is time to vote."
  • Aquaries216@yahoo.com
"Great area to live in safe good schools low crime etc. low noise and activity all around great neighborhood "
  • Chantalea S. W.
"Was a great area to live. Schools were great when I was coming up. Times have changed. There are good parts of Upper Darby but honestly this area should just be an extension to West Philadelphia. Reminds me of the Overbrook Parks section of West Philadelphia. "
