About this House

This little house has so many options!
It has a big 1.5 acre lot and it is located walking distance from bee tree park lake.

This house is being sold by owner as is. It will pass occupancy inspection. It can only occupy 2 people. You could live in it while you build a bigger house next to it, or expand on to the existing home or just start fresh with a brand new home.

We are also open to “rent to own” but will require a $5000 deposit before move in. Then $1000/mo. Your Deposit and $200 of the monthly payment would go towards the purchase price of the home. This gives you time to repair your credit if needed.

The house has a washer and dryer already hooked up in the basement. It is on a working septic system and hooked to county water. It has a natural gas water heater and furnace with central air conditioning.

I would recommend getting some of the carpet replaced, a new dishwasher and currently there is no refrigerator.

It has a full walk out basement, detached garage, a loft that could be an office or storage and a nice sun deck.
