We are looking for someone to take over our lease for this wonderful basement apartment. The lease ends in June. It's a 1600 square foot basement unit with an excellent floorplan, tons of space and storage, and is in a really good area. Washer and dryer hook ups. Even better, it has a fantastic price for the space, just $1205 a month, with $1120 rent and $85 for water, sewer, and lawn care. There is a fenced yard area just for this apartment. Electricity, gas, and internet are paid by tenant.
