About this House

This very energy efficient home is within walking distance of the golf course and shows pride of ownership. There are many upgrades that have been made to the home. The dishwasher and stove are less than two years old. The home has a huge bright/ open kitchen w/ tons of cabinet storage space. There is a large fireplace in the living room and the whole house has laminate wood flooring. The water heater is less than 3 years old and new water saving toilets were recently added to the home. The garage is a oversized 2 car with over 600 sq. ft. of useable space. There is attic access in the garage with a pull down ladder and storage area. The large 12x10 storage shed stays with the home. The heat and cooling system are serviced every year and the unit runs great. There is plenty of room for RV parking on side of the home. The stucco was painted appx. 4 years ago and there are solar screens for all of the windows that help with cooling costs in the summer. Valle Vista is a golf course community with over 800 single family homes. The community offers a park, pool, tennis court, golf and more.

    "I lived out of city limits for 6 years. Kingman was once a little town with Stockton Hill Road once being two lanes and all dirt. In coming back now after a 3 year absence, I can't say I am much impressed. The drug problem is still widespread, Birdland looks worse than ever, and houses are being built as fast and as close together as possible. But where are good paying jobs? Where are cultural experiences? Where is diversity? Where is industry and city planning? Kingman has potential, but the sudden influx of those fleeing California shows the town is growing out, not up. Kingman needs long range goals to retain its new residents and attract others. I hope the next time I visit for a sustained period of time that I feel better about this town. "
