About this House

One-level rambler with large wooded landscaped corner lot, on Metro bus line, convenient to schools, shopping, and several military facilities. Kitchen and bathrooms updated.

There is no street parking in front of the house but driveway holds 4 cars. Renter pays utilities and trash and agrees to mow lawn (lawn mower supplied) and shovel sidewalk. No smoking and no pets. This has changed since the original listing due to repairs we are having to make due to animals.
