Building is owned and managed by the same landlord for over 35 years. This is by far the finest apartment in the area. This is a landlord listing and there are NO real estate broker fees.

The apartment is available for showing starting July 1st.

Tenant is responsible for electric bill. Owner pays for heat (gas), trash, sewer, and water. Tenant has the option of bringing in their own washer and electric dryer units if desired for no additional fee.

Small pets allowed--cat or small dog with a one time pet fee. We're animal lovers so we get it.

Must have minimum credit score of 620, stable employment history and proof of income (bank statements and pay stubs). $100k/year minimum income required if coming from a single income household. $130k/year minimum income required if coming from a multi-income household.

Tenant must also be willing to allow a background check via Zillow's application process.

I will reimburse the $29 application fee to the approved applicant who signs the lease to rent the apartment.
