"Summer picnics at the lake, driving your atv through the scenic neighborhood; good internet and lovely views! Wild turkeys, deer, and other wildlife galore! Zoned agricultural, so you can bring chickens if you wish!"

"We mostly have dirt roads that are not state maintained. About 1/2 of us have internet the other 1/2 can’t. There is no trash service so you have to drive your trash down the mountain. We have to drive to pick up our mail. "

"there are no sidewalks, most yards have either a cliff or uneven ground OR large, flat yards.. it's either one or the other.. there's lots of steep hills. "

"Country living but convenient to the Interstate. Low property taxes. Safe. Lots of wildlife. Deer and their fawn. Bear and their Cubs. Foxes, squirrels, opusums, Blue birds, cardinals, Robin's, doves, purple Martin and many more. Park like setting. Stars at night. Quiet. Peaceful. Large home lots, minimum one acre. Nearby stores, big and small. Just a wonderful ace to live."

"ZERO snow removal. NO trash removal. No community outreach. High crime. (Police RACE up this road almost nightly w/sirens, after everyone hearing gunshots) POOR response in fire dept and emergency times Strange, extremely high divorce rate "
