    "Serenbe is a highly touted 900 acre green community consisting of 120 homes. The community is located just outside of Atlanta in the Chattahoochee Hill Country. To say that Serenbe was thoughtfully planned would be an understatement. The development team at Serenbe has created a place where there was just as much concentration on quality of life as their was on sustainability. Walkable neighborhoods are mixed in with protected space to create a community full of beautiful views and interesting neighbors. A conscious commitment towards promoting diversity has lead to several interesting features of Serenbe. First, the community features a variety of architectural styles and dwelling types ranging from live/work lofts to single family cottages & estates.
