We require your household income to be 2.5X rent ( $5237.5 before tax) and a credit score above 600. Non-smokers only. Your application will be denied if you do not meet these criteria, do not have a valid photo ID and SSN, or have an eviction record. Minimum one-year lease. Rental references will be checked.
