This is a perfect house for a military family. 2 miles from Miramar, it's a quick non-freeway route to the base. The house sits on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood about 100 yards from a park/dog park, and walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and shopping.

The home has been appointed with the best of everything. Wood floors, new carpet, sharp looking paint scheme, wood blinds, and recently remodeled bathrooms. Everything was upgraded in the house from the door handles and outlet coverings to the showers and toilets.

The family room is wired for surround sound, has new inlaid carpet, and high ceilings. Family room has a cozy fireplace and matching window coverings.

The kitchen comes as shown with accent pane glass, pot/pan hooks, and upgraded sink, upgraded cabinets and stove/range. Refrigerator and microwave come included.

The yard is nearly maintenance free. Automated watering system keeps things green. Some trimming may be required from time to time. The patio is great for BBQing and has some limited views of the park.

You will love this house. It has a great OPEN feel as soon as you walk in the door. We are a military family, and have been VERY happy here.
