Home has new interior paint, and new LVP flooring with the rest of the home being tile floor. Kitchen has eat in area, bonus room with vanity off the kitchen and laundry room. Laundry room is shared with front unit and has separate entry. Primary bedroom has an oversized closet with a window. Driveway for tenant use, must be aware it is very steep and not all vehicles can go in it, if you have a low vehicle we recommend parking on the street.
