Description

Beautifully well maintained 4 bedroom home nestled on a quiet street, located just less than 15 minutes from Middleton, Verona, the Arboretum, or Fitchburg. The kitchen is the heart of a home. This kitchen features plenty of counter space plus a center island that seats three, so there?s an abundance of workspace and storage, not to mention new LV plank flooring. The dining room has a patio door to the deck, so cooking or eating inside or out is snap. Upstairs are two bedrooms and the master complete with a walk-in closet. The lower level is nicely furnished as well with a fourth bedroom and a family room. The family room has another patio door leading to a concrete patio and backyard. Ah, bathrooms, there is a full master bath, a second full bath up stairs, a half bath on the main, and a full bath on the lower level. Yes 3 & 1/2. baths. Other cool stuff; the garage is finished, there?s greenspace off the backyard (deck and patio privacy), a cozy front porch, awesomely landscape yard, and a fabulous neighborhood. "I like all the sidewalks and restaurants nearby. I liked it a lot more than I expected, I don’t see my neighbors much though"
  • Matt P
"We absolutely love living here! There are three parks within a 10-minute walk from our house, including the multiple playground sets at the elementary school. We feel safe and secure, and we know all our neighbors. It's a great place to raise a family!"
  • Mitchell William Beiter
"Pretty walkable I think! I don’t have a pet but most roads have a sidewalk and there’s plenty of garbage cans around "
  • Lkeillorcollins
"Have lived downtown for 10 years. Love it. So much to do, restaurants, entertainment. The lakes. Easy access to public transportation. "
  • Jlittel66
"Friendly neighborhood community. My neighbors offer support and we have fun with neighborhood social gatherings"
  • Abdirizakmohamud05
"The area had great park and I think it’s good for families to leave there to keep kids happy. However school has also nearby as the area is been well organized for everything including bus transportation. Also you can get community guidelines if necessary"
  • Nicholas Vest
"I don’t see as many families in the new multi-level apartment buildings (the high rises). There are some families living downtown, but they might be in condos. The west and east sides outside the square and campus housing have many more families. Downtown is great for the children’s museum, farmers market, and monona terrace has live music, etc. sometimes. Outside of the square, there are nice parks for kids and families with play sets and beaches."
  • Shirley.eckes
"There is a pet store within walking distance as well as several parks for leashed pets and socialization"
  • Shirley.eckes
