      " Very safe neighborhood and extremely friendly neighbors. They will stay out of you business or help you in a second, if you need it. I have owned a property for 17 years right here. Leave your doors unlocked and keys in the car. Lots of wildlife and places to dirt bike or quad ride, horses too. There is always something going on in Williams and the local area. Fire department 4 miles away, by the Valle Airport."
