Less than 10 minutes to Simpsonville, 20 mintues to downtown Greenville, less than 2 miles to all your essentials: grocery stores, pharmacy, gas, restaurants and I-385 Toll Rd.     "This neighborhood is 8 miles from the shopping areas of Fairview and I-385 yet feels very rural and is the reason for the peace and quiet. 52 acre private lake for the 40 homesites located around it. No loud motors on the lake, 5hp trolling motors only. Safe and friendly area."
