Buses to New York city available close by! Down the street from Saint Val's church. Around the block from Franklin Elementary School.

HOUSE DETAILS: Hard wood floors in open living room and dining room space. Ample counter space in kitchen. Water filtration system installed in kitchen sink. Pantry closet in back hallway. New carpeting in both bedrooms. Driveway access as well as street parking available. Shared outdoor space for BBQ-ing available for use. Laundry hookup available in basement. Washer and dryer are provided. No pets preferred. No smoking. Tenant must pay for gas and electric (this will be split).
