Tenants can enjoy plenty of off street parking, a small yard and a front and back porch. Basement is full and dry, there are three gas boilers and one gas hot water heater. Landlord supplies the Hot water, water and lawn/snow. Tenants pay for their own heat (natural gas) and electric. Also it’s right next to an airport my son loves watching the planes overhead . The streets are very wide and low traffic so it is a nice neighborhood to take long walks with the kids or animals "
