Description

This brick ranch home on 5 acres has 3 buildings. Great property for a home based business or a car collector. This home has a large family room on the main floor along with 3 spacious bedrooms and a large sun room for summer entertaining. The basement has another large family area with a bar, guest bedroom, and a large laundry room. The home has 200 amp. electric service and, an outdoor wood furnace to reduce the heat cost. The outdoor furnace also heats the 28x65 building that also has its own 200 amp. electric service. The other two buildings are 24x24 with a carport and a 28x48. The concrete driveway keeps the dust and dirt out of the garages and home. Although nothing worked correctly when we purchased the home, we have done about $7,000.00 worth of repairs. We are building onto our living room and dining room in the spring of 2022

    "people in my neighborhood keep to themselves pretty much we don't socialize with each other who needs all the drama or gossip I think it's better that way I don't care what people think of me or who said what about me I don't have to explain myself to anyone I stay busy trying to clean out my own back I don't have time telling anyone about their own yard "

    "The only close shopping is a Dollar General. It's a minimum 20 minute drive to anything else. And no pizza places deliver this far out. Road conditions are horrible when it snows in the winter and this area loses power frequently and for days at a time regardless of the season. Lots of farm land which means the smell of ammonia and manure in the spring with planting. Which runs till summer when the Waste Management Landfill really starts to stink. The area is fairly quiet with the exception of the Spring Shop. Lots of "big truck" noise. School district is good. It's "pay to play" which is expensive. "
