The administration at ASE lacks professionalism, and fails to communicate important information/dates to parents and staff members. They treat staff poorly, hence the turn over rate increase. When concerns are brought to the attention of superintendent, everything is swept under the rug.

"We have a fish fry once a year. Monthy potluck dinners that mostly the old folk go to. New mayor os trying to create more events for younger people. "
