My son had a bad day from what the principal told me while addressing those things with my son it took a turn for the worse. He came home from school severely dehydrated and became lethargic. He would not eat anything for hours, I gave him some electrolytes. He threw up clear liquid and I believe while he was upset they neglected his basic needs. He’s autistic and non verbal and put him in an extremely large class. I believe he was severely hungry because that’s what he said. Maybe he would have been better for them if he wasn’t starving. Im going to shadow him to see what happens because the claims they made against my son is out of his character and a lot of mistakes was made because the child is never wrong. He has no history of violence or being a threat to anyone and the day they say he was was the day he was almost hospitalized for severe dehydration. My son was neglected to say the least and the years he spent in headstart he’s never had this issue. Hopefully the problem gets resolved soon if not I will be in further contact with the superintendent. The principal Ms. Brown says she has to check and see if I am aloud to shadow my son when by law that is my right to know whats going on with my child. Until further notice my review would be a 0 stars and if you have children with disabilities this school maybe to busy to accommodate.
