Owner pays for trash, water, landscaping .
Tenants pay first $50.00 of water bill and all electricity. Please prequalify yourself before responding. Tenant Pre-Qualifications:
1. Your credit score should be at least 600.
2. Each adult must have a verifiable positive rental history with no excessive late payments and NO evictions. We never rent to any applicant that has been evicted. No exceptions.
3. Your household income should be at least 3 times the amount of the monthly rent - and be verifiable with written documentation (i.e. Pay stub or Tax return).
4. Applicant(s) should be willing to sign a one year lease.
5. Applicant(s) should be able to start paying rent within two weeks of the date their application is approved.
6. Every occupant over the age of 18 must complete a separate application.
7. All of our tenants are required to carry Renters Insurance.

We have a lot of people walking their dog in our neighborhood sometimes they run around loose, but they are all friendly. We have a park close by which has a nice trail. "

Property taxes are reasonable compared to Roseville (they have extra bonds etc.), and SMUD electricity saves compared to PG&E. There are two parks within a 5 minute walk. No neighborhood fees, etc. Definitely not house poor here."

    "I have had homes in Antelope since it became a "Census-designated place" with its own name and zip code. The schools are great (5 of my children attended here), the weather is good, the area is clean. Crime is limited to kids and their curiosities. Overall, a great place to raise a family."
