It is located at 771 State Park Road (paved) and the Aiken State Park is only about 3 miles down the road. There is also a public boat ramp that provides access to the Edisto River near the State Park.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTeachers are not updating Power Point, which is a useful source for parents to determine if their child is completing homework, and how they are doing with their grades. I see PP grading that is over a month old on their site. Teachers needs to communicate better with parents via e-mail or sent letters (not given to the kids to give to their parents.) Also, teachers, please do not share out loud with all students in a classroom setting that you received an email from one student's parent regarding a concern they have with their particular child. A teacher actually did this, and humiliated the student. Common sense and decency. There are some good teachers, but I think they are overwhelmed. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThey care more for social media and videos on TikTok and Facebook than actually taking care and teaching children in that school. They act too high class look at parents that don’t drive nice vehicles or have nice clothes on all the time different. The officer over plays his roll. The cop used to stand in the office when I started going there picking up my boyfriend’s son and then all of a sudden he started standing at the door from now on after my boyfriend one day goes and picks up his son from school. In my opinion this school is by far the worst one I’ve come in contact with. And my child doesn’t even go there. My boyfriend’s son does. Just crazy for me to have this type of experience with this school oh and they barely checked his folder. He had excuses for days he missed piled up in his book bag. This school only cares about what it looks like on paper not how real issues (bullies) should truly be handled. They don't want their school to look like it has fighting issues so they label it differently or not at all so that their school is rated better in the area. I've spoken to many people about this.
