Shasta and surrounding mountains and windows on all sides and in the loft. There is also a 2nd storage shed with one side already set up for solar panels to be attached. Close to town and Mt. Shasta City for easy shopping and access to the I-5 freeway. Access is by HOA maintained dirt road right off Hwy 97. There are miles of hiking around, skiing, and adventures, such as Pluto's Cave, Lake Shastina, Mt. Shasta. We also installed a six foot high 40x100 chain-link fence that we used as a dog enclosure. The homesite now has compacted dirt to get the new owner prepared to build. The site has markers to establish the land boundaries. We stayed on this property part-time to improve it significantly while staying in our RV--hooked up our RV to septic and well water source on site using the pressure tank we installed. NO VACANT LAND AROUND HAS AS MUCH TO OFFER THAN THIS BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF PROPERTY! Look at nearby properties for sale and you will see how unique this property is: WELL, SEPTIC, 2 NICE OUTBUILDINGS, 40 x 100 6ft high enclosure/chain link fence, compacted home site. We used solar panels there. Also, CELL service worked great with Verizon. Not sure about others because we have Verizon, but visitors said no issues with cell. We used our hotspot with Verizon for internet access. We even made a mini motocross/bike track. No owner financing/owner carry, or bitcoin. Must be through standard home loan financing or cashier's check/guaranteed funds. This is not a 3 bedroom house. I cannot change that on Zillow owner view and not sure why. The only buildings on site are the two nice sheds in the pictures, and one includes that converted TuffShed. Also, I am not giving a copy of the building plans for the house we were going to build there unless the owner taking over wants them. The plans are for a custom residence (metal) drawn up by General Steel (company) that we designed. HOA dues $150/yr for Juniper Valley Subdivision Property Owners Association. Only serious inquiries.
