    • Anna N.
"Some people are not happy about dogs being walked on their grass, mostly house owners with publicly available grass. Other than that it is ok"
    • Jessica A.
"The food, the people & the community events make this more of a “locals only” and “family friendly” place as opposed to the busier more congested Miami Beach areas. "
    • Anna N.
"Some Buildings have strict rules about dogs in apartments. Some people don’t pick up poop, which is a real issue. The majority of dogs are friendly."
    • Nana B.
"Everyone is nice and friendly. "

    • Meagan
"North bay village has a wonderful community, tons of restaurants and aesthetically pleasing. But the down sides are.. alot of stay cats, traffic gets heavy at times and it’s difficult to find parking."
    • Jewelmachen

    • Pattanan P.
"Very beautiful and nice area. Easily to walk around and it’s safe. It can be loud sometimes from the boat and jet ski. Lots of good and reasonable price local restaurant. ❤️ pet lover community."
    • Javier S.
"We have a very hands on community. All the different agencies like Police and the city are always promoting ways to be safer and bring more sense owning and protecting our city."
    • Anydrew06
"My specific condo is not dog friendly.... there are nice safe streets to walk dogs on... too many people abuse the special needs dog requirements makes it hard to believe genuine people"
    • Rmanna38
"I've lived here 3 years now. Love the area because it is right on the water and close to South beach, Brickell and Wynwood. The rent is expensive $1500+ for a 1 bd room. Management can be inconsistent. But overall nice area to live safe and restaurants near by. Parking is usually included with the rent. "

"This little island is a piece of heaven!! You really get the Miami Beach lifestyle, and live on the water without having to pay the ocean price. Watching the lights of the skyline from the balcony at night is one of my favorite things to do. Also, having coffee on the balcony in the morning, watching the dolphins and manatee play is incredible. The people in the building give you privacy, but there are plenty of opportunities to socialize at the stunning onsite pool, which is very large, gym, and computer room. There is a bike room, activities room, fishing dock, and on site laundry. Miami beach living at its best!! WALK to grocery store, restaurants, and parks. Top rated school across the street!! 5 min from the beach. 15 min to south beach/lincoln road mall/clubs and fine dining on ocean drive. This is one of the few buildings on the island that is truly pet friendly. Secure access and night time guards make you feel extra safe. Easy commute to downtown. Living here is a dream!!"
