There is all new laminate flooring throughout the upstairs. New 3-piece tub/shower, toilet, and vanity in bathroom. ALL NEW windows, siding, metal doors and a new metal roof. New hot water tank, plumbing, new heating and cooling and ductwork. Nice new large deck at the back of the house.
There are two issues that we are unable to afford to deal with before selling property. Because of property lines a driveway will need to be created from the main road in front of the house. The property line runs by the main road but access using the multi-family driveway behind the house is no longer available. Also, a new Septic Leach bed will possibly be needed. The Septic tank is working fine. It is just the leach bed needing repair before too much use.
The house Appraised for $105,000 on 2/19/18 we are asking $69,000.00. The house is being “SOLD AS IS ONLY”.
