Spend your days skiing or snowboarding at Waterville Valley Resort (appx 16 miles) or Loon Mountain Resort (appx 20 miles), then return home to relax in a quiet, private setting, complete with propane fireplace!

The attached two-car garage provides convenient covered parking and plenty of space for skis, snowboards, and winter gear. Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, and a separate lower-level TV/game room, offering multiple spaces to unwind.

The main level includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en suite bathroom
Bedroom 3: Bunk room with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed

This winter seasonal rental offers an excellent location for enjoying skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and all that New Hampshire's White Mountains have to offer, with convenient access to I-93, Plymouth, Waterville Valley, Loon Mountain, and nearby outdoor recreation.

Pets considered, subject to approval and additional fee.
$2,395/mo includes internet, water and sewer. Tenant responsible for electric, heat/propane/oil, hot water. Departure clean fee of $420 due on or before move-in.
Property available 11/1/26 - 5/5/27. Alternate lease terms subject to alternate rental rate/security deposit. Please inquire.
Any lease term of 184 days or less will be subject to NH Room and Meals Tax payable by the resident.

Applicants are required to complete a $50 rental application and authorize a credit and background check.
All Mountain Rentals partners with Rhino for security deposits! If the application is approved by the owner, you can secure the apartment with a traditional security deposit paid in full or apply for a Rhino Security Deposit Insurance policy. First month's rent is due within 3 days of approval. A full security deposit of $2395 or proof of Rhino Security Deposit policy is due on or before lease start date. Departure cleaning fee is due on or before the lease start date. Second month's rent may be prorated based upon the move-in date. We require proof of renter's insurance or automatically enroll you in a minimum liability insurance policy upon move-in.
